Lazy's Moms 2-Minute Peanut Butter Cup Pudding {Recipe}
Last week I had a couple of sick kids on my hands and I was trying to coax them to eat anything at all. G-Girl put in a request for sliced apples with peanut butter fruit dip, which I usually make by mixing fruit on the bottom yogurt with peanut butter, and I was only too happy to comply... but we didn't have any yogurt in the house. What we did have was chocolate pudding cups. Necessity being the mother of invention and all that good stuff, I tried adding peanut butter to chocolate pudding. As a fruit dip it was a success, the kids ate most of it. I tasted a spoonful and I thought, "Dang, that is one yummy dessert right there!"
Yields: Generously portioned dessert for two.
Ingredients:
2 cups of premade chocolate pudding(about 5 pudding cups worth)
6 heaping tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
2 peanut butter cups

A perfect Valentine's Day treat, and no one has to know you made it in under 2 minutes. Or if you are feeling a little more ambitious than me, you can check out the awesome dessert recipes on the Life Made Delicious website, like Molten Chocolate Mini Cakes, Glazed Brownie Hearts, or Mexican Chocolate Cheesecake. Yum.
