More info on the Baby Gourmet Mother's Day contest...

I had a few people write and ask for some rules clarifications on the Baby Gourmet Mother's Day contest. I figured I'd post the answers publicly and hopefully help clear up any confusion.

Q: Do we enter the first ever year as a mom or just the first year of any child?

A: The contest asks you to write about a moment from your first year as a mother. So, yes, it's supposed to be a memory from your first ever year as a mom. (Don't freak out, if you've already submitted a mom-memory from sometime other then year one, that's fine. No need to re-enter.)

Q. If we have more than one child can we enter with a memory of each first year?

A. It's one entry per person -- so you can only enter once.

Q. I'm not a Mom (quite yet), can I enter?

A. The contest is meant to be a celebration of Mother's Day, and "For Moms Only". However, I'm willing to stretch the rules to allow submissions from expecting Mama's. After all, pregnancy could be said to be part of your year one mom experiences.
