Better Late Then Never - The Ultimate Blog Party 2011
Hi, my name is Deanna. So... I'm late to the party. My excuse? We've all been dreadfully sick on my house for the past week. You'll have to excuse me, as I'm still relatively new to this blogging thing. I only started back in September of last year. If I had been around last April for the Ultimate Blog Party then I would of realized that it was friggin' fantastic and I would have prepared to take part right off the bat. As is is I noticed some buzz about this giant blog hop, but pretty much ignored it because, well to be honest I normally go out of my way to avoid blog hops. I think they are spammy and sort of pointless. Who wants to read dozens of comments pleading for people to follow them back? Boo-ooring. However, this blog hop rocks. It all about introducing yourself and meeting others in the blogging community! There are also tons of prizes to be won. Woohoo! Can you tell I'm excited? I'm so excited that I decided to pull myself out of my flu induced coma and take part by putting together a quick post.
So a bit about me...
I’m in my 30s. I'm married to my highschool sweetheart. I live in Windsor, Ontario. I love playing board games, hoarding books, eating sushi and drinking coffee. Though not necessarily all at the same time. I am a stay at home mom to two rambunctious little girls (ages 1 year and 3 years). They keep me on my toes! When my girls are sleeping, instead of cleaning the dishes I blog. Which has done a lot to improve my sanity but not the state of my kitchen. I don't get nearly enough sleep. My life is fueled by coffee. Oh, and bribes consisting of books or sushi are never refused.
