Toggle Bandz were created by Amanda Duke. Frustrated with headbands available out on the market which would slip right out of her young daughter's fine hair, she developed the Toggle Bandz adjustable headband. It's a piece of wide ribbon that has been threaded through a special plastic toggle. The toggle makes the headband adjustable, and keeps it snug and in place.
