What is the Holiday Gift Giveaway Hop?

It's a five day long blog hop giveaway extravaganza.  The theme is giftcards and cash (think PayPal) to help out with your Holiday spending.  Every blog that takes part will be hosting a cash or giftcard giveaway, and there are over 200 blogs participating.  That's a heck of a lot of chances to win.  The giveaways will open on December 1st and close on the 5th.
